insane
Ticketmaster knew exactly how many people were going to be on the site and still they managed to screw up. Tried at 10am, got into seat map quickly, almost picked amazing seats, and got them…but ticketmaster crashed right as I was placing the order. Then, it kicked me out to the queue. I was waiting hours for it to load, nothing was working and I tried to pick seats again multiple times but it continuously did not work. By some miracle at 11pm and few floor tickets opened up, so I was able to purchase them. Overall complete lack of organization and efficiency, horrible experience with ticketmaster.
